Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Milwin ("Milwin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at milwin.cam ("Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, wagering, bonus participation and use of responsible gambling tools.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Milwin operates under applicable international licensing frameworks. We do not claim to be licensed, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction before participating in any real-money activity on the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or other non-cashable incentives credited to an Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by Milwin before processing withdrawal requests or as required for compliance purposes.
• "Platform" means the Milwin website, mobile application and any other digital interface through which the services are offered.
• "Services" means all sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer products, esports markets, promotions and support services made available through the Platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on any market or game offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or any winnings derived from it, becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

To register and maintain an Account on Milwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction in your location.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not residing in, accessing the Platform from, or acting as an agent for any person located in a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
4. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, nor are you subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period or responsible gambling restriction currently in effect.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee or contractor of Milwin or any of its affiliated companies, licensors or service providers.
6. You are acting on your own account and are not acting as a nominee, agent or trustee for any other person.

Milwin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of your Account, with any eligible real-money balance returned subject to verification.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multi-accounting is detected, Milwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds and recover any winnings derived from prohibited activity.

When registering your Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Milwin will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you unless you have promptly notified Milwin of unauthorised access.

Milwin requires successful completion of its KYC process before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address (not older than three months) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be submitted via the secure HTTPS verification portal within your Account — do not send sensitive personal documents via email.

Your use of the Platform is permitted for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and in accordance with these Terms at all times.

You specifically agree that you will not:

• Access the Platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, data mining tools or any other automated means;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive the source code of any software underlying the Platform;
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's servers, networks or backend infrastructure;
• Transmit any viruses, malicious code, spyware or other harmful software through the Platform;
• Reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any content, data or materials from the Platform without express written permission from Milwin;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of any fraudulent scheme.

Milwin provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

All deposits made to your Milwin Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Milwin does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is found to have originated from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder, Milwin reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the Account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published within the Account cashier section. These limits are subject to change and may vary depending on the payment method selected, your Account verification status and any applicable promotional conditions.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Milwin targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the cashier section; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method, jurisdiction and volume of pending requests. Milwin accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Milwin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Where a withdrawal is flagged for review, we will notify the Account holder within a reasonable timeframe. All transactions are processed in the currency of the Account, which may be converted to your local currency — including Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment provider.

Milwin may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the point of offer and should be read carefully before participation.

General conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotional terms. The wagering requirement must be satisfied before bonus funds or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active in an Account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses are offered to individual Account holders only. They are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specific cash-out conditions have been met.
• Milwin reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an Account will be honoured subject to its applicable wagering requirement.
• Milwin reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — together with any winnings derived from it — where it determines that a Player has abused a promotion, breached these Terms, or engaged in behaviour intended to circumvent bonus conditions.

Players who exploit or attempt to exploit promotions through coordinated activity, arbitrage strategies or any other form of bonus abuse may have their Accounts suspended and any associated balances forfeited.

All wagers placed on Milwin are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant market, sport or casino game. These rules are accessible within the Platform and should be consulted prior to placing any wager. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

Milwin offers sports betting markets covering, among others, Pakistan cricket, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournament fixtures, international football, UFC events, kabaddi and esports. The availability of specific markets is subject to change and Milwin does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular sport, league or event. References to cricket bodies, leagues or sporting events are for contextual purposes only and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those organisations.

Milwin reserves the right to void any wager where:

• The wager was placed on an event or market that was subsequently cancelled, abandoned or ruled void under applicable rules;
• There is evidence of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed;
• There is reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the underlying event has been compromised, including but not limited to suspected match-fixing;
• The wager was placed in breach of these Terms or applicable betting rules.

All decisions made by Milwin regarding the settlement of wagers, the voiding of bets and the application of betting rules are final and binding, subject to the internal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive Milwin, other players or third parties through false information, misrepresentation or manipulation of Platform systems.
• Multi-accounting: The creation or use of more than one Account by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including at live dealer tables or in poker games where applicable.
• Automated betting: The use of bots, scripts or any automated software to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human action.
• Match manipulation: Placing wagers on any event in which you have insider knowledge of the outcome, or participating in any activity that constitutes match-fixing or the corruption of sporting events.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of any criminal activity. Milwin has a legal obligation to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your financial institution in bad faith while retaining associated winnings.

Where Milwin determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, it may take one or more of the following actions: issue a formal warning; suspend or permanently close the Account; void all or part of the Account balance; recover amounts unlawfully obtained; and/or report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of Milwin or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to any intellectual property owned by Milwin or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use of Platform content — including reproduction, distribution, modification or public display — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Milwin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Milwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

Milwin's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Milwin does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform and all associated risks, including the risk of financial loss through gambling.

Milwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity, including daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; session loss limits; session-time reminders; cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly within your Account dashboard.

This Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. Milwin enforces age verification as part of its KYC process and reserves the right to suspend any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe the Account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement.

However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account in accordance with the process described in Clause 4.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Milwin holds its operating licence, as applicable. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall first be referred to Milwin's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must submit a written complaint to our support team via the contact details set out in Clause 15. Milwin will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and aim to provide a resolution within thirty (30) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body specified by Milwin's applicable licence authority.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction, to the extent that such legislation applies.
